For women whose cycle went quiet,
irregular, or painful

1:1 Menstrual Cycle Coaching

Your body didn’t break. It stopped feeling safe enough to bleed.

I lost my period for five years. Doctors ran tests, found nothing, and offered me the pill again.
It took three years to get it back, without hormones, by learning to read what my body had been telling me the whole time.

I’m Selina, a menstrual cycle coach and yoga therapist. I work with women whose cycles have gone missing,
irregular, or painful, usually after coming off the pill, or after a long stretch of stress.

30 minutes, no pitch. Just a converstion about what’s going on.

Does this sound like You

You are not imagining it.

Your period disappeared (after coming off the pill) and hasn’t come back.

Your cycle has become unpredictable — 24 days, then 40, then nothing.
You’ve been told everything looks normal, but nothing feels normal.
You’re exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
Your period arrives with pain that stops your day.

You’ve tried tracking apps, supplements, and eating better. Some of it helped. None of it explained anything.

You’re tired of being told to ‘just go back on the pill’.

How I work

Two levels at once

A cycle that has gone quiet or erratic is rarely an information problem. More often it’s a body that has been carrying too much for too long, and responded the only way it could — by turning the volume down on everything that wasn’t essential to survival.

So we don’t only talk about your cycle. We work with the body that’s producing it.

One
You learn to read your cycle

What your bleed, your energy, your mood and your cravings are actually reporting. How to tell a pattern from a bad week. How to plan around what you find instead of being ambushed by it every month.

Two
We work with your body directly

Breath, nervous system regulation, and movement adapted to where you are in your cycle. This comes from my own practice and education in yoga and yoga therapy, and it’s where most of the change actually happens.

You don't need to fix your cycle. You need to understand what it's responding to.
Cycle 1: Noticing
You start tracking properly, and the first thing most women find isn’t in the data. It’s how much they’d been filtering out. The tiredness that arrives on the same day each month, the week where everything feels harder, the mood you’d been blaming on work. None of it was new. You just hadn’t been allowed to call it a pattern yet. By the end of this cycle you’ll have your own record, in your own handwriting, and a first sense of what’s actually repeating.
Cycle 2: Recognising the pattern
One cycle is an anecdote. Two is evidence. This is where it stops being a theory that your energy shifts with your phases and becomes something you can see written down twice. It’s also where the more uncomfortable connections surface: the stretch of work that preceded a late bleed, the months when you were barely eating enough, the years you told yourself the pain was normal. We look at what your cycle has been responding to, and start taking things off the plate.
Cycle 3: Working with it
By now you’re not tracking to find out what’s happening. You’re using what you know. Planning demanding weeks where you have the capacity for them, protecting the days where you don’t, and having practices you reach for without thinking. This is where most women feel a physical difference. Easier bleeds, less pain, or simply a month that didn’t ambush them. And you leave with the thing that matters more than any single change: you can read your own cycle without me.
Why Twelv Weeks

Three cycles, not three weeks

You can’t learn about the depth of your own cycle in a workshop. You can only learn it by going through it, more than once, with someone helping you see what you’re looking at. Each time you come back around to the same phase, you notice something you couldn’t have noticed the first time. The territory looks different on the second pass, and different again on the third.

This isn’t about getting your cycle perfect. It’s about knowing it well enough that it stops taking you by surprise.
The Programme

Six sessions over twelve weeks

01
Where you are
Your history, your cycle, what you’ve already tried. We set up tracking you’ll actually keep up, and get clear on what you want from these three months.
02
Reading your cycle
The four phases, what shifts in each, and what your own patterns are already telling you. This is where most women first realise nothing is wrong with them.
03
Stress and your cycle

How chronic stress changes hormones, bleeding, and pain. Where it’s showing up in your life. What has to come off your plate.

04
Your nervous system

Where the Yoga Therapy comes in. Breath and somatic practice for regulation. Practical, repeatable, adapted to where you are in your cycle. Moving from your Mind into the Body.

05
Food, movement and rest
Not a plan. What supports a cycle in recovery, what depletes it, and what one change is worth making now.
06
Your own toolkit
What you’ve learned, what you’re keeping, and how to carry it forward without me.

Who this isn't for

If you have or suspect endometriosis, PCOS, or another diagnosed condition, this coaching is not a substitute for medical care. I’m happy to work alongside your doctor, look at the the things doctors might be missing, and I’ll tell you directly when something belongs with a specialist rather than with me.
If you’re looking for a protocol, a supplement list, or a guarantee that your period returns by a certain date. I can’t give you that, and I’d be careful with anyone who does.

What changed for my Clients

In their own word

Lucie (Poland)

1:1 Menstrual Cycle Coaching

“I signed up because I suffered with very painful periods which had been a bit irregular the couple of months prior. The pain was sometimes unbearable, I could not walk straight or move during the bleeding.
I understand now that my body was screaming for attention, peace and understanding. I almost felt ashamed that I was paying proper attention to my cycle for the first time at 36. Selina provided a safe space which allowed me to go through the process of learning with a child-like wondering.
I plan activities, work, socialising and travel according to my cycle now, and I have experienced an enormous reduction of stress. Turns out I was fighting against myself this whole time.”

“This program with Selina helped me to bring a lot of awarness about my cycle and it helped me to understand better what’s happening in my body. All the topics she brought were super interesting and mostly new to me and I’m grateful I could learn all of this.”

FAQ

Question Women ask befor we start

This programme is for women (or people who menstruate) who want to understand their bodies better, tame PMS or period‑pain, regulate irregular cycles, or transition off hormonal birth control with support.

It’s for you if you’re tired of Googling symptoms, feeling overlooked by healthcare, or constantly running on stress and low energy.

We start with a free discovery call to check we’re a good fit. Before that, you’ll receive an intake form to map where you’re at. Sessions are held online (via Zoom/Google Meet), typically 60 minutes each. Between sessions, we stay in touch through text/voice check‑ins and personalized resources.

This coaching isn’t a substitute for medical care, and I’m not the right person to treat a diagnosed condition. I’m glad to work alongside your doctor on the cycle-awareness and nervous system side, and I’ll say so directly if what you need belongs with a specialist instead.

Yes, and it’s often a good time to start. If you’re planning to come off, the months beforehand are when you can build the conditions that make the transition easier. Whether and when to stop is a decision for you and your doctor — I’m not here to talk you into or out of it.

No. The body-based work is adapted to you, and for many women it starts with breath and rest rather than movement. If you’ve never done yoga, nothing here requires it.

You may begin to feel clearer in your mood and energy, less reactive to your cycle, more grounded in day‑to‑day. Over time you’ll gain tools to support your body through any phase. This isn’t a quick fix—it’s guided change.

Your time and well‑being matter. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a 50% fee (unless otherwise discussed). Let’s keep things flexible and respectful.

The full programme is € 590, payable in full or in three monthly instalments. There are no add-ons or upsells — everything described on this page is included.

Sessions are online by default, which works well and means we can work together wherever you are. If you’re near Essen, or we happen to be in the same place, some sessions can be in person.

Good question. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed by your cycle, and ready to learn, grow and commit, then yes. If you’re casually “thinking about it” but not ready to invest time or attention, you might want to start with a workshop or free resource first.
