The Idea
More than just doing Yoga together
Connection doesn’t always need words. Sometimes it’s a shared movement, a helping hand, a moment of laughter, or simply feeling supported.
Festivals are playgrounds for adults. We leave everyday roles and limits behind, arrive with open hearts, and let every smile, compliment and conversation with a stranger fill them up. This workshop brings that spirit into a playful, structured space.
Through gentle partner stretches, conscious touch and playful exercises, we explore trust, communication and the balance between giving and receiving. Live acoustic guitar carries the space, creating room for movement, laughter, relaxation and genuine human connection.
Some days you want a deep exploration. Other days you just need an invitation to feel and play. Both are welcome here.
Consent and personal boundaries are at the heart of the workshop. Every exercise is an invitation, and participants are encouraged to communicate their needs and respect those of others.

What people said
I had never tried partner yoga before - and neither had my partner - but with Selina and Hiege we would do it anytime! Their workshop was the perfect way to start our festival day. It matched the vibe so well as the exercises were easy to follow but we could individually go deeper into the stretches and make the moves our own. They managed to guide the workshop in a super friendly way but still corrected all the teams where it was needed. I also loved the ending, where Hiege pulled out his acoustic guitar and we all sang a mantra to close the workshop - that was full circle beautiful. 💫
The Partner Yoga workshop was a beautiful and amazing experience! It was a lovely opportunity to connect with others in a playful and mindful way. I really enjoyed the combination of movement, trust, communication and shared laughter. Especially the small session with the accompanied guitar was relaxing and meditative. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making it easy to let go, try new things and connect with the people around me. You could really feel the love and passion that went into creating the workshop. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to see it offered at more festivals! ❤️
"The partner yoga session with Selina and Hiege was amazing! It was such a relaxing experience, and they made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. They were super attentive and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed every minute of it! 🧘♀️✨"
Meet the Facilitators
I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your own body. For five years I lost my period, and no doctor could tell me why. What finally helped was yoga, and the slow, sometimes frustrating work of learning to listen to my body instead of fighting it.
That experience is the foundation of how I work. In my coaching and yoga, I help people feel safe enough to notice what's happening in their bodies, and to meet themselves and others with curiosity rather than pressure. At a festival, that same skill becomes a playful one. Partner stretches, conscious touch and simple exercises give people a way to explore trust, boundaries and giving and receiving, without needing to perform. I bring the structure so that everyone can relax into the play.
Hiege fell in love with music through rock and heavy metal. He started playing guitar at a young age, and that early dedication led him to play in several bands. He later studied sound engineering, and today he sings, writes songs and produces music across different genres.
He is one of the kindest and most playful people I know. His mantra for life is "Feel, and make others feel." At our workshop, his guitar and voice bring that spirit into the room, creating a space where people can move, laugh and connect.
Our Why
We met at a festival in 2025. We spent only a few days together, and the connection was so strong that we both knew we wanted to see where it could go. Festivals make it easy to move fast. The everyday roles fall away, and what’s left is music, dancing and open hearts.
We both love movement, music and festivals. When we started talking about bringing this workshop to festivals, it felt less like a plan and more like something we had already been living. We want to create more ways for people to connect in these spaces: with a partner they want to see differently, with a long-distance best friend, with a stranger on the dance floor, or just with the moment.
