From Personal Struggle to Empowering Mission: My Journey through Yoga and Women's Health
My journey into women’s health and yoga began with a personal struggle. For years, I battled with a missing menstrual cycle, a condition that left doctors puzzled and unable to help. It was through discovering yoga that I found my path to healing. As I deepened my practice, I became more attuned to my body’s needs and rhythms. This mindful approach not only helped me regain my cycle but also ignited a passion for women’s health that has become my life’s mission.
Driven by my own transformation, I completed a yoga teacher training, followed by specialized training in yoga for women’s health. Now, I’m on the path to becoming a certified cycle coach, constantly expanding my knowledge to better serve women on their journeys to holistic well-being.
